JOB SUMMARY:

Location: Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center (CTPHC) at Howard County, Maryland.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a licensed psychologist with board certification in neuropsychology to provide
Neuropsychologist consults/services are as detailed below:
- Review of Patient’s medical record, including referral question and communication with staff, if needed.
- Interview of Patient.
- Administration of neuropsychological tests.
- Scoring and interpretation of neuropsychological tests.
- Generation of written report of findings.
- Forensic Testimony (if needed): The contranctor must be prepared and willing to provide forensic testimony regarding the test results achieved on any patient at the request of either the hospital or judicial system.
- The reports submitted to the hospital will be subject to peer review by a neuropsychologist, specified by the Director of Psychology, who meets the above
- regulatory, licensing and certification requirements.
- The neuropsychologist shall comply with all hospital policies and procedures.
WORK SCHEDULE:
All patient contact for the purpose of these evaluations will be completed at CTPHC, in the visiting and conference center in the Silver Wing, within eyesight of security staff between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Evaluations outside of those hours (i.e.; evenings and weekends) may be possible at the discretion and approval of the Director of Psychology.
REQUIREMENTS:
- The contractor will be a licensed pyschologist with board certification in neuropsychology.
- The contractor shall provide CTPHC with documentation of continuing education and license renewal.
